The Zhejiang Holley International Co., Ltd was founded in 1998, until now we have over 20 years’ history in doing the metering instrument manufacturing, solar photovoltaic product integration, international trading and oversea electrical engineering contracting business. The company is the subsidiary of Holley Group, which ranks in the Top 500 Enterprises in China. The registered capital of Holley International is over 10 million US Dollars. We have over 500 employees in all the departments including the R&D department, Market Department, Production Line, Quality Control, etc. In the R&D Department, we have 10 senior engineers who have exceptional experience in solution design, model design and system integration for the energy meter, for the ARM system, for the Smart Grid System, for the solar photovoltaic system and for the electrical engineering design. Apart from the senior engineers, we have 20 engineers in the fields of material study, feasibility test, quality supervision, etc. Our production line has 100 workers. We have 6 SMT lines, 4 DIP lines for the single-phase energy meter, 6 DIP lines for the three-phase energy meters, 4 assembly lines for the energy meters, over 80 meter test benches which can test over 200 energy meters simultaneously. We have all the necessary automatic process in manufacturing the meters, all the meter parts are marked with barcodes and labels for a fast tracking in case of quality defect. The packing line in the final stage is complete automatic, as well as the storage administrative system. The brand HOLLEY marked in all the meters represents the philosophy of high quality and best service that we have been holding since the foundation of the company. All the advantages we have contributed to the certificates we have acquired, such as the KEMA, ISO9001, CE, DLMS COSEM, etc. We have markets in all over the world, especially the African countries and Asian countries. Total exportation in 2017 was over 30 million dollars.
