Founded in 1998, Wuxi Pacific New Material Co., Ltd is a joint-stock company dedicated to the research, production, sales and service of multi-layer co-extrusion films. With total investment over 200 million RMB, the company covers an area of 30,000 square meters, close to Wuxi east high-speed rail station and Sunan Shuofang International Airport（WUX）. Quipped with first class 9-layer co-extruder from WH, 2 blown-up extruders from BE, 5 domestic blown-up extruders, and 11 high-speed pouch making machines, we are able to produce 12,000 tons per year, with annual sales reaching 300 million RMB. The multi-layer co-extrusion films have the advantages in high barrier properties, high sealing properties, transparence, and fresh keeping performance. With multi functions in vacuuming, air cushioning, stretching, printing, retorting, and freezing, the films are widely used for packaging food, medicines, textiles, light industry, chemical industry etc. In 2018, the company invested on lines for 5-layer shrink film production. The PVDC shrink film is widely used for meat packaging. Packed by vacuum sealers, with advantages in high shrink rate and barrier property, meat products are kept with good appearance and can stay fresh for a long time. We have professional testing laboratory, and highly cleanness factory equipped with air purifying system. With certificates in ISO9001, FSSC22000, HACCP and QS, we are able to produce high-quality films. The research and development team is set to meet customized needs by flexibly designing product structures and formulations according to different packaging requirements.
