Tianjin Tianduan Press Co., Ltd. was founded in 1956, after more than 60 years’ experience accumulated, invention and development, Tianduan has become the leader of Chinese hydraulic press industry. Tianduan’s turnover, economy increment and technical input is one of the best press companies in China in the last many years. The new manufacturing plant for large size hydraulic press has 13700 square meters, equips with PAMA extra-heavy machine center, 8m×8m×30m assembly pit, 350T crane and other professional equipment. The new plant can produce and assemble hydraulic press up to 400MN. Tianduan has many high accuracy machining devices to guarantee the quality of products, such as Germany COBURG Pentahedral Machining Center, Italian PAMA Horizontal Machining Center, Japan IKEGAI Oil Cylinder Center and so on. The quality and precision of Tianduan’s products reaches the world advanced level by these core equipment and technologies. Tianduan invented some new technologies in hydraulic press design and manufacture, until now, Tianduan has more than 720 patents which is more than 80% of hydraulic press industry. Tianduan has more than 50% market share of large size hydraulic press, 90% market share of ship building press, isothermal forging press and multi-station press, and 90% market share of high-level composite material forming hydraulic press.
