Our Factories Tacheng Fengo Tomato Products Co., Ltd. was established in 2008(The former name was Xinjiang Tiancheng tomato products Co., Ltd), with a daily processing capacity of 2800 tons of fresh tomatoes and an annual production of 36-38% CB tomato paste is about 17000 tons, It can produce products with high viscosity and low acidity, with a viscosity of less than 6.5cm/30s and acidity of less than 2% (calculated as anhydrous citric acid). Xinjiang Shuanghehong Tomato Products Co. Ltd was established in 2021, with three Italian JBT advanced tomato paste production equipment daily processing capacity of 3,500 tons of fresh tomatoes and annual production of tomato paste is about 35000 tons.The main products are 28-30%HB, 28-30%CB, 30-32%HB and 36-38%CB,The viscosity of 28-30% HB and 30-32%HB can reach below 3.5cm and the blotter is below 4. The Super-viscous 36-38%CB can be produced according to the order and controlled at 5cm/30s.
