We are a family factory which is a joint of industry and trade. Since 1984, we company started producing and exporting hats including Braid Paper Hats, Braid Polyester hats , Ribbon hats, Crochet Raffia Hats, Crochet Twisted Paper Hats, Wool Felt Hatsetc. 80% of which are exported to the US customers such as TARGET, KOHL's, NINE WEST, Macy's, JCPenney, TJMAXX and ROSS STORE etc. We’ve also passed the audits of KOHL’S, Target and JCPenny. We company can process the whole hat manufacturing process from raw materials to the finished product in one go, including cutting raw materials, braiding braids, sewing hats, blocking hats, decorating hats and packing up hats, where quality of every process was strictly controlled by corresponding quality inspectors We, as a company, promote environment protection so we widely use solar power as source of electricity. We have 40,000 m2 floor space, and more than 300 employees. Our production capacity is around 2.65 million hats / year. We also have a meeting room. we invite our customers for business in the meeting room. It is also the workshop for the designers, because there are two showrooms full of hat samples in west and east pavilions, and in the meantime, plenty of color swatches and decorating trims are always ready to be collected for designers.
