Blossom Knitting was set up in 2007, 2019 we moved into this new facility, with more than 500 workers and 12 automatic production lines. The new Factory has an area of 1.5 acres, with about 500 workers. The front 4-story building has offices, meeting rooms, sample room, design shop and resting area. The back has two stories with warehouse and cutting area on the first floor and 12 productions are all in the second floor. Today the Factory are fully automated: From relaxing the incoming material, spreading the material, cutting it to designed pieces, and sewing into a whole product are all done automatically. There are 12 fully Automatic Production lines for sewing. Each production line is equipped with skilled workers and its own quality control team. We produce about 1,000,000 pcs flat civil masks and 600,000 pcs KN95. And 500, 000 to 600, 000 garments every month. We do hundred percent QC for finished goods. All finished products are being packed according to customer's requirement, including hanger packing and boxing. There are 25 dedicated staff who only make samples. This means a quick delivery, accurate representation of the finished goods and above all the same care and quality that you would expect in your finished order. We use the latest CNC technology to make templates. We not only focus on quality and delivery but we also pay attention to the environment. Energy saving, social policies and local and global environment issues are key points to us. We have compliance of Sedex, Target, Inditex, Best&Less, Wrap etc..
