Our factory is specialized at woven fabric products, both yarn-dyed and piece dyed, in content of cotton, linen, silk, bamboo, cotton mélange and many multi-blended yarns, with different kinds of finishings like Mercerizing, Liquid Ammonia, Easy Care, Brushing, Peaching, Fast Dry, Waterproof, oilproof, stainproof etc. It is bult in 2011 and located in Haina, Jiangsu Province of China, around 2 hours by car to Shanghai seaport and airport. Our weaving machines are mainly jet machines (TOYATA 710 & 810) , imported rapier machines (Tima) and traditional rapier machines, to cover varieties of constructions, yarn counts and contents.
Our production capacity is 1.2 million meters per month. The annual sales reached 25 million USD, 50% of which are export business. Except domestic market, we mainly sell to US, UK, Germany and France, as well as many other foreign garment makers.The current employees are around 160. We have our own development team and handloom machines to develop suitable designs and qualities for each customer, as well as a professional QC system to control quality at buyer's standard.
