In 2012, HPM was established in Dongguan city, known as the "Factory of the World". The factory covers an area of 4,000m² with a comprehensive machine park. We have 50⁺ experienced staff in-house, including R&D engineers, QC and technical production staff. HPM provides not only high precision and complex manufacturing of components and assembly. We also assist customers in research and development of new products and optimal design for a robust manufacturing process. We help customers to maximize quality and cost efficiency. Our team has excellent research and development capabilities. We use professional CAD/CAM software like Creo, Graphics NX, Solid Works, and Master-cam. No matter what technical need our customer has, we have the solution. We have a complete production management and quality inspection system for each link from raw material to production to shipment. We have dozens of 4 axis CNC milling machine, multitask CNC mill-turn machine, CNC edge bending, mechanical and hydraulic press machine, laser cut, laser welding as well drilling machines, polishing machines, automatic sawing machines, and other intelligent automation equipment, all of which constitute our core production line. In terms of quality, zero-defect products are our goal. Not only do we keep state-of-the-art equipment and machine parks, our precision testing room is equipped with state-of-the-art German Zeiss brand CMM, automatic and manual optical CMM, roughness and hardness test equipment, surface film thickness test, color measurement device and other high-precision testing instruments and gauges. Our production materials include stainless steel, tool steel, Iron, aluminium, copper, brass, bronze, zinc, tin and plastics. Our main processing techniques are CNC turning, milling, grinding, laser cutting, CNC bending, riveting, welding. We also work with sheet metal stamping, casting, forging and injection molding and finally assembly. We also have good capability to machining aluminium profiles. Post-processing techniques include deburring, polishing, grinding heat treatment, and sandblasting. Surface treatment includes anodizing, electroplating, silk screen printing, laser printing and powder coating. we also cultivate high-quality talents and introduce new production technologies.
