AVIC Excellence Forging (Wuxi) Co.Ltd.,founded in 2005,a subsidiary of Aviation Industry Corporation of China (AVIC),and specializes in China-made large and specialty rolled rings. Materials used mainly are carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, super-alloy, aluminium alloy, titanium alloy and specialties.Key forgings mainly are flange, tube, gear blank, slewing blank, casing and valve related rings and shafts; applications involved industries such as Energy (wind power, nuclear power, hydro power, gas turbine, etc.), Engineering Construction (transmission and drive of large and heavy machinery) , Aviation/Aerospace (weapon and specialty applications), Offshore (port machinery, offshore platform, marine and deep-sea construction), Oil & Gas (pressure vessels, etc).So far, sales covers China, USA, Germany, France, Russia, Japan, Southe Korea, Australia, Turkey and others (50 all together), and many international projects with high recognition.
We have two forging lines:DIA 5000mm and DIA 9000mm.DIA5000mm forging line consist of 4000T Hydraulic Press and 5m Ring Rolling Machine.The max size of forged ring which we could do is OD9000mm,the max height is 1500mm,the max weight is 40 Tons.
