The most important thing for the long-term normal operation of the integrated water purification equipment is maintenance. The equipment is handy when it is carefully maintained. Therefore, care should be taken not to damage the machine during the operation of the purified water equipment. Attention should be paid to the operation of purified water equipment:
1. Prevent the filter material from entering the reverse osmosis device: choose a suitable filter water outlet device to prevent the filter from leaking sand and activated carbon; choose a suitable activated carbon to prevent powdering during use.
2. It is best to set up an independent water supply system for large-scale pure water equipment using tap water as a source of water. This can not only ensure the stable operation of the water supply system, but also reduce the instantaneous impact on the water supply network of the entire plant when the RO system starts and stops. When the RO device takes water directly from the original water pipe network, high and low pressure protection facilities should be set up, because the pressure fluctuations of most tap water pipe networks are large.
3. Compatibility between pharmaceuticals and pharmaceuticals should be considered first, and compatibility of pharmaceuticals and membrane materials should be considered secondly. For example, coagulants, coagulants, bactericides, and reducing agents are often used simultaneously in RO systems. Because limbs in natural water are generally negatively charged, positively charged cationic coagulants are usually used. In order to prevent scaling of the R0 device, almost all the inlet end of the RO adopts a measure of adding a scale inhibitor, and these scale inhibitors are almost all negatively charged. Therefore, the reaction between the cationic coagulant and the anionic scale inhibitor should be avoided, and the colloidal compounds formed by the reaction should be prevented from being deposited on the film surface.
