1. what’s the payment terms?   

30%T/T as deposit, 70% balance against copy of B/L.

2. what’s the MOQ?

Our normal color 100pcs. If customer have special requirement, the MOQ is 300pcs.

3. if we need sample, how much do we need to pay?

We will charge the double FOB price as sample fee, and the freight cost should be bear by the buyer. When you place order to us, we will refund the sample fee to you.

4. do you provide spare parts for free when load the container?

Yes, we will provide free spare parts when load the container for you.

5. After we receive the goods, there is quality problem, what shall we do?
