Properties and Characteristics: This product is based on special polymer materials and adopts advanced synthetic technology to modify acetate-benzene emulsion, thus achieving good waterproof property. Woodwork coated with this product has excellent water resistance, good compatibility with heavy calcium carbonate, high adhesion capability, easy of coating, moderate hardness and easy to grind. The surface of adhesive is smooth, not easy to crack and without bubbles.
Usage method:
Mixing this product with heavy calcium carbonate according to a radio of 1:(2.8-3) (weight ratio) under 15-20 rpm stirring for 40-60 minutes, thus achieving a good flexibility. Then the mixture can be transferred to the coating equipment. A proper amount of this product or heavy calcium carbonate can be added to adjust the mixture to moderate hardness-softness，Silicone-acrylic resin content make products Possessing excellent properties for waterproof, dusfproof and corrosion-proof in outdoor
Caution:
Inversion, extrusion, exposure and freezing are forbidden during transportation.
Keep the container tightly closed after use.
Store at a cool and dry place, use the product within 12 months at 7-40 oC.
Packing Specification: 50KG Plastic barrel, or 1000KG plastic barrel.
