1.What is the WiFi signal booster?

A WiFi Signal booster is extends WiFi network coverage space by boosting or amplifying existing signals.

WiFi Signal booster can augment or amplify existing signals( The power of device which connect with WiFi Booster) to extend WiFi network coverage, so that all wireless devices in the extended coverage area can connect to the Internet or similar wireless networks.

If for RC Drones,RC Boat,Rocket, Robot,walkie talkie....,then customer can control the device more far.

How to connect the WiFi signal booster?

The connect way is the Radio end of WiFi signal booster through a cable connect to the signal source (customer device which cause wifi signal ), and the antenna end of WiFi signal booster connect to Antenna.

3. How to find a suitable wifi signal booster?

Firstly,you need to know the frequency of your device. The frequency of a typical WiFi device is single frequency 2.4 GHz, 5.8 GHz; dual frequency 2.4 GHz and 5.8 GHz.

Depending on the frequency of the device, select the appropriate frequency of Sunhans booster.

Secondly,select the product with the corresponding power based on the distance that needs to be amplified.

The larger the power of the amplifier, the larger the coverage.

Usually,For signal coverage should be equipped with an omnidirectional antenna ; For long distance coverage should be equipped with an directional antenna. (For reference only, all subject to the actual situation)(For drone equipment, customers also need to consider the endurance of the drone)

Thirdly, Need to know the output power of the device.

(output power of the device = input power of the amplifier)

Normally, Sunhans' booster input power 0~20dBm or 0~26dBm, the appropriate is 18~20dBm,if the output power of the device is greater than 20dBm or the power is relatively small -2~6dBm,kindly inform us, we will adjust it according to your actual situation.

(It is recommended not to choose the product power close to the set output power,a higher power than the original equipment should be selected to ensure better signal amplification.)

4. Can I install the Sunhans booster myself?

Of course, our products are easy to install and plug and play, and the product package contains instructions for each product.

5. About LED lights.

A flashing green light indicates that the wifi signal booster is powered on.Normal working is a red light flashing or blud light flashing, indicating that the signal booster receives the signal from the device and sends a wifi signal.
