A: Fire Glass flat beads usually produces more heat than gas logs. The reason being that the Fire Glass heats up and then reflects the heat back into the room, thus improving the overall heat. You get the heat coming off of the fire as well as the soothing heat from the Fire Glass rocks and or stones.
