The luminous effect pigments can be mixed with varieties of transparent resins and binders

to produce into luminous paints and inks. The binders should be neutral or alkaline, as transparent as possible and preferably colorless. Heavy metal additives must not be used.

And these resins are acrylic resin, PU resins poly acylamonia resins, amino resin,

poly vinyl-alcohol Butyl aldehyde resins ,poly acylamonia resin, etc.

1.How can I get a sample ?
A. Samples without customized logo are free, if you can accept the freight collected.
B. If you want with customized logo, first time also free, but freight will be on your account.
C. If you want make 2nd. samples with customized logo, then we will charge labour cost and ink cost.
2.Could you do design for us?
Yes, we can do artwork including printing, logo etc. for you, if you provide us the content and tell us where to put.
3.How can we place order? 
A.After we made agreement on the product' surface finish and price, we will make proforma invoice for your confirmation. When we got your advance payment (deposit) we will make PPS samples for your final confirmation.
B.After your approval, we will start mass production. it takes 25~35 days to produce the goods. when goods ready, we will prepare for our QC report, if there is no problem, please arrange balance payment to us. We will ship goods to destination port as your required.
C.If you have your own ship forwarder, we will use your ship forwarder to delivery goods. if you don't have ship forwarder, then when the goods arrived at Destination port, you must find a ship forwarder help you clear the custom.

5.What's your payment term?
70% deposit in advance by T/T, balance30% paid when goods ready. small amount payment can through Western union, Paypal and Trade Assurance. Please confirm everything clearly before you make payment.
6.How about the shipping?
For small orders, we will send the goods by International Express like FEDEX and DHL, but other kind of shipping ways can be negotiated, usually it takes 3-7 work days to arrive.

For big quantity of orders, we will ship by Ocean transportation, it takes one month to arrive. If urgent, you can choose ship by Air.
