WHAT IS EXCELLENT WHEEL ALIGNMENT
Even if two 3D wheel alignment with the same hardware, different software calculation method will have completely different results. Lets learn to the key points of excellent wheel alignment.
Even if the rim, wheel clamp, and target axis are deformed, only one push measurement is needed to complete all the data compensation to obtain the most realistic wheel alignment parameters.
Apply the dual-coordinate calibration, which is more close to the actual wheel position than single-coordinate calibration scheme, less deviation and more accurate data.
Crossbeam does not need to be installed level; accurate data can be obtained even if the lift is not level from left to right. (<100mm)
Apply 5.0 mega pixels high definition SONY cameras, five times higher than the industry average (1.3 mega pixels). Higher-pixel cameras capture more clear images, more accurate data, and support smaller targets.
Intelligent Lifting System
Adapt to different models for wheel alignment
and intelligently adjust crossbeam height.
·Leading in intelligent lift technology (since 2008). Measure at the low position and adjust the vehicle at the high position. Reduce the safety risks of using high position to do push measurement and kingpin measurement.
·The IAA control system can automatically adjust the height of the crossbeam according to the length of the vehicle wheelbase, avoiding the target appearing at the edge of the camera, ensuring the accuracy of the measurement data and reducing measurement deviation.

Q:How to calibrate the camera and target plates ?
A:For camera ,useless they are totally destroyed or crashed to deformation .They don't need calibration. Camera calibration need calibration bar. Target plates calibration is simple .The calibration finished in few minutes, following software instruction.
Q:Do I need to Re-Calibrateafter equipment arrived and installed ?
A:No need, we already calibration well in factory before departure.
Q:Where Calibration Data Your Battle-Axe Designed ?
A:Inside of camera processor instead of inside software ,this design will save after service time for customer when their computer break
