A: After we send the products,we will send tracking number to you in 12-24hours. Then you can track your products on your local express website.

Q8. If product have problems, how should I do?

A: If the goods have some problems, please send a picture or video to our E-mail or Skype. We will check it and analyse the problem. We will teach you how to solve the problem. If it is our products’ problem and can’t solve, we will  replenishment  to you include freight cost.
