Shipping list: Power cable, spray gun, electrolyte Sodium hydroxide not included and to be provided by yourself. This powder will not be consumed but worked as catalyst.
This product has the advantages of high gas production, easy maintenance and good heat dissipation. Electrolyzed water generates hydrogen + oxygen, and hydrogen oxygen ignites to generate water. There is no trace of pollution in this process. Add water after the liquid drops, and the product consumes only electricity. The product structure is designed with transparent acrylic, and the reaction process is straightforward. The remaining solution is intuitively visible, which is convenient for explaining the principle and process. The product can be used in teaching, glass heating processing, jewelry heating processing, hydrogen and oxygen welding, thin metal cutting and various heating.
Notice:
1. It is normal if the product is wet inside. We do a seal test before shipment.
2. Make sure to wait for more than 30 seconds before ignition to prevent the tempering and cause explosion.
3. Do not close the spray gun valve after the power is turned on. If you need to close, close the spray gun valve first and cut off the power immediately.
4. The temperature of the burning gas is extremely high and should not be touched by hand.
Usage Process:
1. Firstly dissolve the sodium hydroxide in water to form a saturated solution.
2. Pour the liquid into the reactor along the copper tube. The liquid height is around 3/5.
3. Screw on the copper tube and add more than 2/3 of water to the acrylic tube next.
4. Open the spray gun valve.
5. Wait for half a minute and evacuate the air.
6.Ignite the hydrogen gas.
7. If you need to shut down, be sure to turn off the spray gun before turning off the power.
