The sulfur dioxide sensor is a constant-potential electrolytic sensor. Sulfur dioxide undergoes a series of oxidation-reduction reactions inside the sensor and releases charges to form a current. The size of the current is proportional to the concentration of sulfur dioxide, and the concentration of sulfur dioxide can be determined by testing the size of the current.

RS485 signal output

The so2 analyzer is powered by a 12V DC power supply and is connected to a PLC with a 485 interface. It can also be connected to a microcontroller through a 485 interface chip. Program the microcontroller and PLC through the modbus protocol. Or use USB to 485 to connect to the computer, use the sensor configuration tool provided by our company to configure and test. In theory, a bus can connect more than 16pcs 485 sensors. If you need to connect more 485 sensors, you can use 485 repeaters to expand more 485 devices.

Analog output

Use 12V DC power supply, the sensor can be connected to PLC or single-chip microcomputer acquisition equipment, and calculate the measured voltage or current value to get the real-time data collected by the sensor.
