In 1996 he  finished  second  Compact PCM with Very Large Scale Gate Array IC in HARRIS (USA). Reduce PCM  size from a 2 meter high shelf to a 3U 19 inch Rack. In 2002, at HARRIS-HWATEL Co-company. Our technical team finished 3rd generation High density high reliability Mil grade and Telecommunication grade PCM. 

     HWATEL has produce over 100K sets PCM in past 10 years over 50 country.
