Working Principle:
Belt conveyor is a common means of transport used in mining enterprises. It uses the belt conveyance to draw and support components and transport materials by way of the moving belt. It utilizes the inner friction and side pressure of loose material to increases the internal pressure from the pulling force in its moving direction produced by the rolling chamber in the adhesive chamber, thus increasing the internal friction. When inclination falls within certain scope, the inward friction force can ensure the stability between layers and create continuous movement. When the internal friction force between the layers is larger than the external force of the adhesive, the roller beneath the adhesive will move along with the material. When the ratio of internal force and external force meets a condition, the material flow is stable.

1. Before installation please refer to the installation drawing concrete, embed anchor bolt and embedded steel plate
flatness error range is less 3 mm.
2. Check and adjust the kinds of springs after installed to ensure that each support position receives the equal pressure,
the motor axis is lower than the vibrator shaft line about 3- 5mm, support spring at the symmetric point should be similar, the error range should less3mm.
3. Each part of the screen should be connected firmly, all bolts should be tightened once before start.
4. The distance between with other obstacles is not less than 100 mm.
1. Check the fasten bolts before initiate the screen. If the fasten bolts is loose, fasten it immediately.
2. Nonload running four to six hours, the sieve machine should be smooth operation, no horizontal pendulum
and abnormal sound, the vibration’s temperature is 75 degree or less.
3. After idle running, each bolt part should be retighten.
4. After normal operation, check each fastener bolt regularly.
5. Check the status of the vulnerable parts regularly, for the damaged or loss of elastic damping spring needs to be changed in time.
Screen looses crack or wear, should be tighten or replace in time. The adjustment, usage and maintenance of the vibration source,
please refer to the operating instructions of vibration source.
6. Before parking Should stop feeding, and wait for screen surface materials.
