2. How can I get a sample to check your products quality?
After price confirmation, you can require and buy samples to check our products quality. After confirming the sample order, we will arrange delivery to you as soon as possible. For sample order, you can just buy one piece for single model. After sample order, MOQ is 10 pcs.
3. How long can I expect to get the sample?
After you pay the sample charge and send us confirmed files, the samples will be ready for delivery within work days.
4. Does your factory can customize products?
Of course. We can produce customized products for you according to your requirements. Please feel free to contact us for more details. Customization services including logo printing, App & software customized, housing & packing customized, etc.
5. What about the lead time for mass production?
It depends on the quantity, products specfication and customization requriements. Normally, the mass production will be sent to you via express or forwarders and arrive in 15-20 workdays.
