About place an order
1. How can I place an order?
A: You can contact us by email to learn about your order details, or place an order online. After you confirm our PI, we will ask you to pay. T/T (HSBC) and Alibaba pay, Westem Union are support.
2. Can you mix them to add orders?
A: Of course, you can add any pattern you want to the shopping cart, and then pay together. Under normal circumstances, it can be sent within 48 hours.
OEM & ODM Service
1.If I have a logo to be printed, how can I process the order?
A: You can send us your logo and A1 fle together, and we will make a sample for your reference after you deposit. After you approve the samples, we will proceed to mass production.
2. Are you a factory or a trading company?
A: We are factory in Shenzhen, welcome to visit us.
3. How does your factory perform quality control?
A: Quality first, we always pay attention to the purchase of raw materials, and choose the
third quality. Our QC will double check each product before shipment. In addition, our
warranty period is one year, and we have CE, ROHS and other certificates to guarantee our quality.

A:It depends on the shipping company but we will update you from it ship out to delivery till you receive the package;
Q5 What payment methods you accept?
A:We can accept T/T, Western Union, Alibaba trade assurance and some other methods;
Q6 What is the process that i make an order?
A:Firstly pls contact the sales to confirm the product model name, color, quantity, and other request ( packing, shipping method, remark and so on ) , and tell us the address you receive the package, aftering confirm the payment method, we will make a proforma invoice , when you check around invoice, then you can pay for that order, show us the payment record, we will prepare the order and send it to you.
Q7 How can i protect my benefit?
A:We can show you the business license and show you the bank slip from other clients(without main information of client)or you can ask someone to test us.
