DC-SF6 Series Silicone Foam is a kind of soft, two-component platinum silicone flexible foam that is versatile and easy to use. It can expands 4-5 times than original volume.high temperature resistance (will resist up to 350°F/176°C),water resistant, UV resistant and resists oxidation and ozone degradation.

Application：
DC-SF6 Silicone Foam is a soft, two-component platinum silicone flexible foam that is versatile and easy to use. Mainly used for filling of High iron cushions, Sofa cushion, Train seat, Bed sheet, human body doll, potting and encapsulation of electrical circuits and vibration dampening.

1. Low shrinkage(＜0.1%), Stable size
2. Much more environmental, nontoxic, odorless than sponge and PU.
3. Good tear-strength. 4. Uniform foaming pore and uniform pore size-Foaming multiple from 5 to 6 time, lightweight- Excellent strength with good quality 5. Can resist high temperature 200℃- 350℃, and low temperature -65℃-Heat preservation, adjustable transmittance-Fire proof, flame retardant, electrical insulation-Aging resistance, acid and alkali resistance

As DC-SF6 Silicone Foam is a kind of platinum cure system, which will be easy to cause uncured problem ,so pls kindly follow the tips as below : ＊Do not mix with liquid condensation silicone rubber or even the tool which used for condensation silicone rubber. ＊Do not mix with organic matter which contains N, S, P organics and ionic compound like Sn, As,Hg, Ph. (Do not smoke when you use this addition silicone rubber) ＊Do not add any pigment or powder into the addition cure silicone rubber without any testing to prevent uncured problem.
Packaging and storage
——Storage The 'Best use before end' date of each batch is shown on the product label. Shelf life: Twelve(12) months when stored under dry and cool place by original package under 25℃. Storage beyond the date specified on the label does not necessarily mean that the product is no longer usable. In this case however, the properties required for the intended use must be checked for quality assurance reasons.

Package 1:1 mix ratio: 20KG/drum + 20KG/drum with vacuum packing ; Package size: 1kg, 5kg, 10kg, 20kg, 25kg, 200kg.
