Generally speaking, we have five kinds of packing terms, which could fully protect the products from our factory to the delivery place of our customers and the more details packing terms are as followings:

1. Pallet packing: for truck radiator intercoolers or bulldozer oil coolers or excavator hydraulic oil coolers, radiator assembly sets and so on.

2. Standard wooden box: for heavy duty truck radiator, buses radiator, generator sets radiator and engineering machines radiators.

3. Corrugated boxes: for the car radiators and auto radiators with small and medium size.

4. Metal frame: used in domestic markets and for large size products of overseas market.

5. Customized Packing with OEM logo or Neutral packing.

 Warranty Terms

Our warranty period is 1 year or 1000 running hours whichever comes first. But based on some special project, we can extended our warranty period.

since 1975 and our company ,Weifang Heng An IMP & EXP Co.,Ltd. are a wholly owned subsidiary company
of Hengan Radiator Group Co.ltd and in charge of international market for our products.

2. What is the lead time?
RE: Generally speaking, we could finish the production of your orders within 20 days to 30 days since the
date we have received your prepayment or original LC.

3. How long is your warranty and what is your testing process ?
RE: one year since the sales contract date and we have one National Heat Exchanger Testing Center to
design ,develop and test all of our products before delivery ,and meanwhile ,our company are the first one
to be certificated ISO9001 in China Radiator Industry .

4. Can you produce the radiator, intercooler, oil cooler as our special requirements?
RE: Yes and we could manufacture the special /customized products based on the request of our customers with the MOQ of 20Sets and we would do better suitable for your production request based on your drawing
or the main specifications of the radiator that you request.

5. Do we need to afford the expensive mold cost if we want you to develop a new radiator for us?
RE: Yes and we would charge the mould cost and then we could return all or part of the mould cost to your
new orders when your orders has reached the certain volumes.

6. Can I do the testing in your testing center free?
RE: If the radiator intercooler oil cooler are bought from our factory, we would like to do the testing free for you.

7. What is your after-service policy?
RE: Our sales and technical workers would be in line for 7*24 hour and we would assign our technical workers to visit our customers to assist our customers in maintenance service.
