The trolley-type furnace is mainly used for heat treatment such as annealing, normalizing, tempering, aging of large castings and steel work piece. The trolley can be driven out of the furnace for easy lifting work.

The trolley-type furnaces include the manual small trolley furnace, the reversible trolley furnace, and the full-fiber energy-saving trolley furnace.

•  Manual small trolley furnace is suitable for heat treatment of medium and small work pieces. Its advantages are large furnace capacity, convenient entry and exit of work pieces, and low heat treatment costs.
• The reversible trolley furnace is mainly used for rapid quenching of high manganese steel and refractory materials. After the trolley is driven out, start the hydraulic device to turn over the trolley, and the work piece can be turned into the quenching pool. It is suitable for quenching, solid solution and other heat treatment of large work pieces.

• The working life of the full-fiber energy-saving trolley furnace is much longer than that of the brick structure. The heating time of the furnace body is short. The energy can be saved up to 20%. The thermal conductivity is low, and the heat loss of the furnace is greatly reduced.
