PART 3, ON SITE INSTALLATION
Step 1
Sling, marker, brush, towel, steel belt (304 stainless steel), tensioner, afterburner, hand hoist, carat pipe welder.
Step2
Check whether the socket of the pipe is damaged and whether the heating wire is intact; clean up the debris on the surface of the electrofusion socket to ensure that the connection surface is clean and dry, and the pipe is connected
Step3
Install the handboard hoist
Step 4
Electric weldingWelding:
Use the special electric welding machine for carat tube to choose the appropriate electric melting parameters to weld and tighten until the sockets are completely matched.
Step5
Install the tensioner, fix it with a steel buckle, and tighten it with clamps
Step6
Cooling: After the welding is completed, cut off the power supply and cool naturally without water cooling. The cooling time is more than 20 minutes in summer and 15 minutes in winter.
After sales service
- After all machines are delivered to customer’s factory; Buyer is responsible for all preparation work, e.g. electricity supply, water supply, labors and cranes, etc.
- Fullwin will prepare for visa application for their engineers, who are responsible for guide of machine installation and testing at the Buyer’s factory.
- The Buyer will buy the round-trip air ticket for Engineer if visa application is approved. The buyer is also responsible to bear expenses generated, e.g. visa formalities, meals, accommodation and allowance of USD100 per day for each engineer.
- Engineer will give free training lessons to labors in buyer’s factory.
- If buyer doesn’t request installation and commissioning by Seller’s engineer in 4 months since date of bill of lading, which to be accounted all the machines has been successfully tested by buyer.
