Temperature sensitive ink

The temperature change ink called thermal color ink, thermochromic ink, thermochromic ink, and thermochromic ink.

Temperature change ink is divided into four categories:

 The reversible temperature compensation ink": show a certain color at room temperature, the color disappeared into colorless after heating, restore immediately to the original color after cooling, because of its reversible change process;

 The reversible temperature Bianfa color ink":Show colorless at room temperature, after heating, it turn into another color,restore to the original colorless after cooling.Because of the reversible change of the process;

Reversible temperature change color printing ink":Ink display color at normal temperature,after heating, it turn into another color,Because of the reversible change of the process;

 Irreversible thermochromic ink: change from colorless or from a specified color to another,the color won’t disappear after heating.

colorful—colorful(green—yellow,black-red red-yellow red-green red-black green-black green-red black-green blue-green blue-red yellow-red)

Can produce temperature:-15~70℃,note: red-green red-black green-black green-red black-green blue-green blue-red yellow-red can only product 60℃.

Ink character:Appearance of translucent liquid state. Color rich color change obvious advantages, the use of offset printing machine effect is not good.

Available printing: screen printing, UV flexo, gravure, offset printing.

The substrate can be applied substrates: Printing: offset printing (transfer coating, metal glass ceramic plastic paper cloth).

Application scope: anti-counterfeit labels, alcohol packaging anti-counterfeiting, cigarettes, food, beverages, pesticides and other brand-name products special packaging printing

Usage / note:

1,drying: (dry, dry, UV, curing) use the corresponding diluent. (also can be customized to water-based ink, and diluted) recommend the use of printing background white or pale white, can increase the difference of color change.

2, choose the screen mesh size: choose between 150 ~200 orders.
