Q1: Do you accept private label?

A1: Yes, we are factory, mainly focus on OEM & ODM service. We can customize based on your needs and design.

Q2: Can I customize prescription, smells, colors, and logo?

A2: Yes, if there are any sample products, please provide to us, we can be basic on the sample and customize. Or if there is any suggestion about prescription, taste, and color pantone, please provide us the design files, we can also work on it.

Q3: What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

A3: Normally, the MOQ of customize is 6000 pcs/makeup set, 12000 pcs/for other series. If there is a non-customize order, the MOQ could be lower, please negotiation with us directly.

Q4: What about your sample policy, and how quickly can you develop sample?

A4: Non-customize free Sample is provided for testing purpose, but the ship cost is on buyer. And we will ship it within 3 working days after the payment is finished. If you need any customized sample, it cost 100USD (including the ship cost), it takes around 14 working days , the sample charge will be returned when we confirm the formal order.

Q5: What about the production time for formal order?

A5: For non-customize product, we will ship it within 10 working days after payment is finished. For customize product, it will take around 50-60 days to produce after deposit is paid.

Q6:  What is the best of expiration date for your product?

A6: Normally, it will be 2 years if the user does not open the product, if opened the suggest of expiration date will be 3 months later.

Q7: Does all your products or ingredients passed the product tests or ISO certification?

A7: Yes, all our product can provide MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) certificate also ISO certificate.

Q8: Do the cosmetics products are extract essence or materials animals?

A8: We never extract essence or materials from animals, we pay attention and care about the environmental issues.
