Operation Pinciple

The closed cooling tower cools the liquid to be cooled by the principle of absorbing heat when the water evaporates. The spray water (cooling water) is stored at the bottom of the cooling tower, and the working fluid (softened water or other liquid) is closed in the heat-dissipating coil of the closed cooling tower. 

The spray water is pumped by the spray system through the water distribution system and sprayed. The mouth is drenched on the surface of the coil, and a part of the water is evaporated to absorb heat, thereby reducing the temperature of the working fluid in the tube. 

The water in the hot air and the unvaporized water are intercepted by the water deflector and flow through the PVC heat exchange layer, and the PVC heat exchange The water in the layer is cooled by the flowing air, the temperature is lowered, it falls into the bottom water tray, is recirculated by the water pump to the water distribution system, and is poured back onto the coil, so that the circulation is cooled.
