Summary: sublimation ink has appropriate physical and chemical data, so it does not harm print head, performs stably in inkjet printers.
Fluidity Test
A) Printer: Epson Stylus Pro 7880
Paper type: 108g white inkjet paper
Test set-up: Economic mode >10m continuous printing
Resolution: 360dpi × 360dpi
Length: 10m
Result: No breaking lines in continuous printing.
B)Printer:Epson Stylus Pro 7710
Paper type: 108g white inkjet paper
Resolution: 360dpi × 720dpi
Length: 20m
Result: No breaking lines in continuous printing.
Summary: sublimation ink has to pass strict QC process in both production and out-going QC. For each color each batch of ink we will load to printer for actually printing. There should be no breaking lines in continuous printing.
Testing on Epson t3080, no break line, printing fluently.
Available colors: C- M- Y -K- PK- LLK- DK- LC- LM- Fluorescence red- Fluorescence yellow.
