STAINLESS STEEL WIRE BRAIDED PTFE HOSE is widely used for oil extraction, all kind
of chemcial liquid,cars brake system, Steel making industry, Paint spray tool, Carrying fuel and
lubricant, Hydraulic pressure machine, Plastic making industry, Watercraft, vehicle, ocean industry

The extruded PTFE tube has excellent flex life, high temperature tolerance and superior chemical
resistance. QCSS PTFE hose working temperature range is -70 to 260 degree. A reinforcement
304/316 stainless steel wire cover adds strength and durability to withstand high working pressures
and harsh environments. Burst pressure reaches to 12,000 psi.

PTFE hose assembly produc
We select the material of ptfe and wires per customer's request. Some are from US, Japan and Taiwan,
some are from China local market. We only choose high quality raw material.
We use different wire diameter and quantity for different size ptfe hose. Adjust the strength and angle
when we change the hose and wire material during braiding process. Make sure all stainless steel braided
ptfe hose reach high pressure request.
We use CNC Lathe Machines for end fittings production. Machine system, knife and inspection tools are
all imported from Japan.
We use Techmaflex Brand Crimping Machine imported from France which has accurate and stable performance
for crimping because it was produced for PTFE hose crimping only
PTFE flexible hose assembly production:
We test the leakage of each roll before braiding. After braiding,we will cut 300mm and crimp it with end
fittings for burst pressure testing. Only high pressure reached ptfe hoses can pass the quality control.
Each roll of stainless steel braided ptfe hose or its assembly with end fittings, we can guarantee the quality.
All of them must be passed the high pressure request testing.Our products main market is US and Euro,our
responsibility is providingsuper high quality products and helping customers win great reputations.

PTFE Flexible hose testing:
We help customers tag labels within all necessary information on the hose end.Or we laser print all necessary
information on end fittings.
Each stainless steel braided ptfe hose assembly is separately packaged in one plastic bag. 10 sets or reasonable
quantity assemblies loaded in one master carton box. All master carton boxes loaded on plywood pallets or cases
per international shipping standards.

Our factory located in Cangzhou City, Hebei Province. To Tianjin city needs 30 minutes, to Beijing city needs
1 hour by high-speed train.
What is the shipping way and terms of payment?
1. Door to door by DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT ... etc for samples and parcels;
2. LCL by air or by sea by LCL, customer forwarder/agent is also acceptable;
3. Wester union, T/T, L/C at sight are all available for us.
