1.What kinds of products can you supply?
We have 26 years production experience. We can produce hotel decorative hardware, door hardware, shower room hardware, balustrade and handrail for airport or shopping mall, the WC hardware for supermarket or hospital.
2. How can I know more details about products?
Clients can search our company in the websites like Baidu, Google. You can see all the products on our website or Alibaba international shop. Industrial turnkey project engineers and brand teams will be warmly welcome to visit our factory. E-catelogue can be provided also.
3. Can I ask for the sample?
Absolutely. For the normal samples, we will not charge you the sample fee, you only need to undertake the delivery cost. For the special samples, we will charge for sample fee and delivery cost. We need to have discussion of the production process and finish in a week.
4. How can I start my orders?
Firstly, you need to select the right products in right size, surface finish, package, quantity and transport. Secondly, I will quote for you according to your request. If you need, I will send you the samples. Thirdly, when you confirm the samples, you can place me orders and I will send PI back to you. Fourthly, when you confirm the PI, please pay 30% deposit, I will start production. In production we will take pictures and report for you every week. After receive your 70 % balance I will prepare loading.
5. What is the payment terms acceptable?
For the sample orders, Western Union, Paypal, Alipay and Wechatpay will be acceptable. For the normal orders, T/T, L/C at sight and payment through Alibaba will be better.
