1. INTRODUCTION
The YTH-60,100,150,200,250 inside bayonet type Stainless Pressure Gauge (SPG),is widely used in petroleum, chemical engineering, spinning, paper manufactory,metallurgy, pharmaceuticals, food industry etc. Suitable for measuring the positive andnegative pressure of the liquid, gas medium, which is not explosion, crystal, solid, and
is not corrosion to the Cr-Ni stainless steel.
The SPG used airtight type case, the case, elastic element, movement, and the wetted components are made up of high quality stainless materials. It has the reasonable design with structure, exquisite craft, higher measuring accuracy and lasting stability.
The shake-resist type SPG (YTHN-60,100,150,200,250) had a liquid filled case, and applied to high dynamic pressure loads or vibrations.
2. STRUCTURE DESCRIPTIONS
The SPG is made of the measuring system, indicating system and case. When the medium enters the measure element(bourdon tube) through the transmission pressure part, the free end of the elastic element will move correspondingly under the pressure of medium. The displacement will be transmitted to the movement driven by jointed
pole, and then the pressure will be indicated on the dial.

Ambient and medium temperature: YTH: –40℃~70℃, YTHN: –25℃~70℃.
Safety medium temperature: ≤200℃. Recommend install with cooling devices.
Temperature impact: temperature additive errors should not above 0.4%/ ℃ ,when the temperature deviates from 20℃±5℃.
Shake-resiste grade: YTH: GB/T 17214.3 V.H.3 degree.
YTHN: GB/T 17214.3 V.H.4 degree.
Operation pressure: 3/4 F.S.(static pressure), 2/3 F.S.( Fluctuation pressure).
Materials: Case: SUS304 or SUS316L, Movement: SUS304, Measuring element:
SUS316L, Socket: SUS304 or SUS316L, Window: laminated safety glass.
Protection proof: GB4208 idt IEC529 IP66.
Executive standard: GB/T 1226-2010, JB/T 6804-2006.
4. INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
Please check the model and Specifications before installation. Be sure to the pointer should be zero without load.
The SPG should be installed vertically, and try to be at the same horizontal line with the measuring point. Or, you have to count into the additional error. Meanwhile, please keep the distance between the SPG and the measuring point as short as possible.
Shake-proof or air tight case gauge should have a small opening on the rubber plug on the top of the gauge after installation, so that the air pressure could reach inside the gauge and eliminate the additional error because of the pressure difference.
The case should be keep clean. if used for oxygen, it should be prohibited oil.
The axis of the pipe and the gauge should match when installing on the panel. Axis does not coincide may cause failure.
The installation of thread connection type gauge, the wrench should be used on the squared part.
Please open the valve slowing when testing the pressure gauge, so that the pressure is even and not damaging the gauge.
The SPG should be checked regularly during operating period.
