for vertical cooking kettle, vertical pressure cooker, the top lid is mount to the presure cooker body by flange and bolts. After cooking, user's will need to raise the lid by a crane or hoist. For users who do not have a crane or hoist, the thread shaft and wheel in the left picture will be a good choise. you can raise the lid of the pressure cooker very easily.

tilting type pressure cooker jacketed kettle do not have drainage valve at the pot bottom while vertical vacuum cooking kettle vacuum steam cooker comes with a 1" or 2" drainage valve at the pot bottom.

Clam, theread and flange drainage valve optional.

This drainage valve can be either a stainless steel ball valve or a stainlees steel butterfly valve. Butterfly valve is widely used oin dairy and sauce processing.
