About the production time

  1.  If the conventional products have in stock,will be shipping in 2-3 days.

  2.  Engineering order need to place order in advance, and will be shipping in 10-15 days.

  3.  Customized products : when we received payment for goods and confirmed the production drawing,will be shipping in15-20 days.

  4.  At last please contract us so that confirm the accurate time.

About Changing or Refunding

  1.  About the conventional products, please you confirm the products whether or not damage.

    If it has quality problems,we can provide free replacement service for you in 7 days.

    If it hasn’t quality problem, you will need to bear the round trip freight.

  2.  About the customized products :

    Because it needs to accord to customer's size are customized, and it can't sell again, so customized products cannot be enjoy Changing or Refunding Policy.

About the transport method and freight
