Process principle
This equipment adopts steam distillation method, steam and oil and gas enter the condenser through the top outlet to condense. Because the relative density of essential oil is lighter than water, it will float on the water surface and be separated by this method.
This machine can realize three kinds of distillation: water distillation, water distillation (water distillation), steam distillation.

Features
1. The material is extracted by water vapor distillation or co-water distillation.
2. According to the classic technology of essential oil extraction, combined with advanced automatic control system, developed a small water steam distillation and extraction equipment. Reasonable structure design, superior performance. The operation is simple and flexible, one person can easily complete the whole production.
3. The heat conduction oil is used for indirect heating, which can quickly reach the high temperature of 100℃ under the condition of clean, safe and atmospheric pressure.
4. Condensation part design is unique, condensation effect is good. The oil and water separation adopts lab-grade glass multi-pipeline design. The diameter of the glass pipeline is less than 20mm. The oil and water separator with special structure is adopted to facilitate the separation and collection of essential oil.
6. Built-in laminate type multi-layer distilled blue, top open structure, placing flowers and plants, cleaning equipment are very convenient.
