       The working principle of horizontal screw-belt mixer is that the horizontal cylinder of gravity-free mixer is equipped with two-axis rotating reverse blades. The blades turn over and agitate the material along the axial and radial circulation at a certain angle,which makes the material mix rapidly and uniformly. The rotating speed of the driving shaft of the reducer and the structure of the blade will weaken the gravity of the material.With the lack of gravity,the difference of particle size and specific gravity of each material is neglected in the mixing process. Intense agitation shortens the time of mixing,which is faster and more efficient.Even if the material has the difference of specific gravity and particle size,it can achieve good mixing effect when the agitating blade with staggered arrangement is thrown rapidly and violently.
