Purpose: check the layout

Print on similar paper as final paper.
Possible to do simple binding and hand cutting, and hand folding.

Purpose: check the brief feeling and the layout.

The EPSON Inkjet printer is calibrated with Heidelberg offset printer periodically.

Purpose: it prints professional color proofs for the printing worker for color control during mass printing.

Print the sample with final offset printer, in a very small order.

Purpose: it can be >95% close to the mass printing effect.

This sample way is suitable for large quantity order, or color sensitive order like fashion, luxury industry.

Make a real sample after the mass printing process, and before binding all.

Purpose: show you the final product; reduce the risks for the complicated binding jobs.

Q: What kind of printers do you have?

A: We have offset printing printers, HP INDIGO digital printers. According to different quantities, we use different printers to print. You can get the competitive price.

Q: How about your production capacity? Are your products have the Quality assurance?

A: There will be finished more than 500000 A1 pages in one work day. We have got ISO 9001 certification.

Q: How can we select the paper if we do not know the name?

A: We have all regular paper materials, like the woodfree paper, glossy coated paper, matt coated paper, art paper, kraft paper, paper cardboard. If you do not know the name, please send use the close-up photo of the paper surface, measure the thickness with caliper, then we will show you the similar one we have.

Q: How to prepare and send the artwork?

A: We accept PDF or AI artwork. You should extend 3mm or 0.125" all around on the basis of the trim size if applicable. You can email us your artwork or upload your artwork by wetransfer or dropbox. Our default color profile is Japan 2001 coated.

Q: What is needed to get a quotation?

A: Quantity, specifications (size, page setting and binding method) and delivery place.

Q: When can I get the quotation for my enquiry?

A: Usually the quotation will be sent to you within one working day. If you ask for something urgent, we can quote for you the printing part very fast within 1 hour.

Q: Do you provide design service?

A: We provide professional layout services and design services. If you need the quotation, Please send use the briefs.

Q: How long is the mass production time?

A: Normally 5-15 working days. Rush order is available.
