Product Details
ZS-GF-D906W is one-component white silicone sealant which is room temperature curing. This product is a special sealant for solar components and with no corrosion to the most materials. It also has a good property of the heat resistance whose general use temperature range to -60 ℃ ~ 200 ℃,and of excellent cold & hot alternating resistance, aging resistance and electrical insulation, moisture resistance, corona resistance, leakage resistance etc. Absolutely compliance with the EU RoHS, REACH requisition.
The typical use
product is suitable to adhesive and seal for the solar photovoltaic modules of aluminum frame; Junction box and TPT/TPE film; the metal stent and glass of the thin film solar cells; Solar lamps etc.
Instructions
1). Surface cleaning: Cleaning the sticklied and coated surface, remove the rust, dirt and oil.
2). Brush the glue: Unscrew the hose cap (or cut open), pushed the glue to clean the surface, evenly distributed so that will be glued surfaces together and fixed.
3).Curing: put the glued or sealed parts in the air and let it be natural cured. It's one curing process that cured from the surface to the internal, in less than 24 hours (at room temperature and 55% relative humidity) glue curing depth of 2 ~ 4mm, if the sizing location more deeper, in particular, which is not easily accessible to the air, then the fully curing time will be extended, if the temperature is low, the curing time will be extended too, sealant is fully cured at least 7 days if the thick have 6mm.
Note
After Operating, unused glue must be sealed and stored , and tighten the cap immediately,. if the seal has a little crust when use it in the next time, remove it and it will not affect the normal use. During the storage process, the canal orifices may appear a small amount of the curing phenomenon, cleared it and it can use it again, and no affection to the product performance.
