1. Introduction of sheep goat scalding dehdehair machine

This dehairing machine specially designed for sheep goat and lamb, after sheep scalded in scalding pot in advance, the rubber plucking sticks on rotating rollers will easily remove the sheep hair without damage to sheep body, saving large time and labor cost. This sheep dehairing machine is widely used in slaughterhouse. 

2. Principle of  sheep goat scalding dehdehair machine

The sheep depilator is used for  whole  sheep depilation. The motor is fixed on the machine frame body to drive the rollers to rotate. The roller cylinder has depilatory rubber sticks along its radial direction. and the depilatory rubber sticks are fixed along the axial direction of the cylinder. The axes of the rollers are parallel to each other and are divided into two rows. The depilatory rubber sticks on the adjacent rollers in the same row are staggered without touching each other. The distance between the upper roller and the opposite lower roller decreases from front to back. 

The upper and lower rows of rollers are installed on the bearings of the wall panels on both sides, and the shaft ends of the rollers are equipped with sprocket wheels, which are connected with the motor through a chain, and the rollers rotate in the same direction to achieve the effect of overall depilation of sheep. Double-row multi-axis, clean hair removal, not easy to catch or leak sheep. The processed products are of good quality and high production efficiency.

Before dehairing, you need to scald the sheep first, turn on the power, and put the scalded sheep into the equipment for about 1 minute to release the sheep body. The hair removal rate: about 95%. The operation is simple, saving time and effort.

3. Operation of sheep goat scalding dehdehair machine

 1. Before working, both sheep dehairing machine and scalding pot should be connected three-phase power supply.
2. Turn on the power switch and emergency stop switch,The power indicator lights up.
3. put sheep goat or lamb in the scalding pool, adjust proper water temperatuer, after 5 minutes around, shake the dehairing roller handle to make the roller rotate and lift, shake the rake handle the rake will pick up the sheep and feed it into the dehairing machine between 2 high speed rotating rollers for dehairing
4.after that, press the rake handle to make rake returns to its original position for the next sheep picking up.
5. After sheep rotates in the dehairing machine for 3 minutes around (dehairing time depends on sheep size, age,variety,etc), press the hydraulic button, the dehairing roller will rise upwards, and the sheep carcass will slide out without hairs. so one sheep dehairing is finished and worker can repeat the operation for dehairing the following sheeps.
