Application
To be intended for low pressure oil control system and suitable for use with HFC and HCFC refrigerations (R134a,R404A,R507,R407A,R407C,R22etc.)
To be designed for use with scroll and reciprocating type compressor,not remmended for crew or rotary vane compressors.
How to work
The refrigeration gas containing oil in aerosol form the compressor enters the oil separators.The oil contained in the refrigerant gas is intercepted when it passes through the inlet metal screen and middle baffle,and the velocity of the gas is reduced.The fine oil particle collide with one another and form heavier oil particles that impinge on the inner wall of the oil separators shell.The gas then passes through the outlet screen where final separation take place.The separated oil drips to the bottom of the oil separator.Where a floatball operated needle valve,returns the oil back to the crankcase or oil reservoir.
