Q:What kind of art file is available for printing?
A: PDF format(CMYK) with at least 300 DPI will be best. Other format such as Indd, PPT, JPG RGB erc. are also fine for us.
Q:Can I get a sample before place a order and how many days I can get the sample?
A:Yes, you can. We can make a sample during 2-3days and send to you during 3--4days,
you can get a digital sample duirng a week!
Q:What is your leading time for mass(bulk) printing?
A:Normally, 8--10days for less than 100000pcs softcover book.
10--13days for less than 100000pcs hardcover book.
Q:Will you sign a contract for protecting client's copy right and printing right?
A:Yes,we will, before we start to print, we will send a contract to you to sign,after both of us sign it,
we will start to print for you.
