Q2. What's the payment term?
For mass production goods, you need to pay partial deposit before production and the balance against copy of documents. The most common way is by T/T. LC at sight is also acceptable.
Q3.How to guarantee the quality and after-sales service of your goods?
A: 1. Strict detection during production.
2. Strict sampling inspection on products before shipment and intact product packaging are ensured.3. Follow up and adopt customers' feedbacks in a timely manner after sales.
Q4.Is the sample available?
A: Yes, usually we have the most items in stock. But customers still need to make confirmation with sales department. We send the samples by TNT, DHL , FEDEX or UPS, it'll take arround 3 or 4 working days to receive them, customers will charge all the cost related to the samples, such as sample cost and airmail freight.
Q5. Is there a minimum order requirement?
A: It depends on the stock quantity and production situation. So please contact with our sales persons before order.
