Features
1>. Using automotive-grade HGL3 module light source with power up to 18W per chip. It adopts the flip-chip technology, no golden wire, which improves the performance of the chip under high-current usage and high temperature resistance.
2>. HGL3 module light source has a light-emitting surface size of 4.62X1.44mm, which provides unprecedented color consistency, brightness and luminous flux density. More compact beam angle, higher luminous efficiency, and light efficiency up to 120lm/W, ideal for automotive lighting lens assemblies.
3>. The driver is built in the lamp base, with external EMC+ electronic decoding system.
4>. Using a 1.0mm double-sided PCB design, the thickness of the PCB/chip is closer to that of the halogen BULB, so the beam pattern is equivalent to the halogen ones.
5>. Ultra-thin lamp head design, better concentrating effect, more standard light shadow, suitable for reflector and projector, especially projector. It minimize dark area, plus high output illuminance, the paving effect is better and perfect.
6>. Comply with EMC and CE test standards.
7>. The dustproof and waterproof grade can meet the requirements of IP65 (the LED chip part should not be soaked in water when testing, because the LED is directly exposed)
