1.Wide capacity range
The RC-2-B-Z(P) series compressor contains more than 20 models, and its displacement ranges from 100m3/hr to 929 m3/hr(50Hz), suitable for various refrigerant applications. (For details, please inquire: Zhongshun Refrigeration 0518-8678-9888).
2.High efficiency motor
Low-loss silicon steel sheet iron core, RC-2-BZ(P) series motor cooling channel, internal and external refrigerant diversion design allows the suction low-temperature refrigerant to pass through the motor, so that it can reach a very high level under any load operation efficiency.
3.Long life bearing
The screw compressor adopts 11 bearings and radial bearing group design to make the bearing life longer, the compressor is the best.
4.Flexible piping method
The RC-2-B-ZP exhaust port adopts a two-way outlet design, which is convenient for customers to freely piping.
5.Double-layer compression chamber wall
The double-wall structure design with stiffeners can minimize the noise of the compressor and at the same time ensure the strength of the compressor. The compression chamber is made of high-strength gray ductile iron, which will not expand under high pressure.
6.Oil separator
The oil separator is made of flexible material QT500. According to the design of anti-high pressure, it has a simple and high oil separation method with a three-stage oil separation structure. The internal filter is made of special composite materials and technology, which is greatly improved to a certain extent. The oil content in the refrigerant is reduced, and the normal lubricating oil supply of the compressor is ensured.
