Product Description

By use of physical or chemical means, activation and modification of vulcanized rubber powder, powder can be improved and the compatibility of polymer, the two phase interface bonding level effectively, or moderate to structure of the stress relaxation ability, thus improving compound system and products of the mechanical properties and using effect, change the previous powder is not easy to disperse evenly and only used as a filler limitations.

Product features

1. Plasticized rubber powder has high surface activity and good mechanical properties.

2. Good extruding process performance of plasticized rubber powder (small extruding expansion and shrinkage), good exhaust effect, and semi-finished products are not easy to produce bubbles and honeycomb.

3. Mold release performance can be improved by using a small amount of plasticized rubber powder in the tread rubber filled with white carbon black.

It can be used as an excellent filler (particle size 0.3mm or above) and as a reinforcing agent (particle size less than 0.18mm).
