A: Yes, Kae Hwa Industries was founded in 1964 and we are a professional factory with certifications such as ISO9001:2015, ISO14001:2015, and Halal certification. Besides, we specialize in produced breathable film for providing our customer the best products with the best quality.

Q: What's your main products?

A: Breathable film is our main product, and it’s proportion could be changed depending on our customer’s demand. We laminate with many kinds of materials (nonwoven, paper woven and so on). The main areas are diaper back sheet fabric, coverall fabric, desiccant pack fabric, warm pack fabric, medical fabric, agriculture cover, construction fabric, outdoor fabric... and so on.

1. Our factory has certified with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 , Halal certificate, our manufacturing process is all according to these

    standards.

2. We have the most professional test lab to have strict quality control from raw materials to finished product according to our

    quality control system.

3. We also have cooperation with the international test lab like SGS, BTTG, Centrocot, Intertek, TTRI, Kaken...and so on.

4. We also established a good tracking system. Once you give us the defect number, we can track all components (operator,

    machine, batch of raw material...and so on). It will be easy to find out the real problem.

5. All of our products are under supervisor by our QC department, which guarantee the disqualify products would not enter the

    market.

Q: What is the width?

A: We can supply width from min. 80mm to max. 2050mm.

Q: How about the film color?

A: The regular colors are White, Green and Blue. Other colors are also available.

Q: How about the film printing?

A: We have excellent 4 colors (Red/Blue/Yellow/Black) printing machines which print photo-like designs on the film.

Q: Is customized available?

A:

1. Film function: Yes, we can follow customer's demand to change conditions on resin or machine to meet customer

    requirements.

2. Printing customizable: Yes, we can follow the customer's design to print on the film.

3. Packaging details: Yes, we can follow customer's demand for different sizes on box and pallet.
