Our Production Line

The room temperature of laid antistatic floor is controlled in 15°C-35°C；humidity is controlled in 45%- 75%RH； if the computer room is in high temperature or low humidity condition for a long time, the floor surface will produce peeling or fracture phenomenon.
1. It is forbidden to use sharp tools to operate directly on the floor to prevent damage the anti-static performance and aesthetic degree of the surface;
2. In the process of use, people are forbidden to jump directly to the floor from a high place.
3. When moving equipment on the floor, it is forbidden to push the equipment directly on the board surface and scratch the floor. The correct way is to lift the equipment for handling
4. When there is heavy equipment in the computer room, the equipment should be directly landed on the ground base, not directly landed on the floor, resulting in long-term load-bearing deformation of the floor;
5. When the equipment under the floor is maintained, the floor is sucked up by panel lifter for operation. It is forbidden to use sharp tools for savage disassembly.
6. Maintenance can use a vacuum cleaner or half dry mop to keep the floor clean, especially not spill liquid on the floor.
7. The autumn and winter season is appropriate for the computer room humidification, the floor surface regularly use anti-static wax maintenance, so as to ensure the long-term use of the floor effect.

The Notes in USE
1. Environmental requirements of the site.Temperature: 10-30°C
Relative humidity: RH 30-70%;
Temperature change rate: △Tw15°C/ hour, or no condensation;
Vibration: no constant vibration (source);
Chemical environment: no volatile substances, no high corrosion substances
2. The surface of the raised floor is forbidden to be washed with water, and the mop that applies wring out is mopped, in case the surface of the raised floor is covered with peeling and the metal parts of the lower part are encrusted
3. Do not use hard thing (or sharp tools) to squeeze, impact, scratch, finish or apply plastic coating
4. When the raised floor is opened or installed, special panel lifter shall be used to handle and put gently, and no hard pry iron be used.
5. Corridor, entrance and the place with a lot of people, should avoid heavy load, otherwise easy to damage the floor.
6. For long-term heavy load, when a support point of a machine weight is large than floor bearing grade 1/3, should be in the floor corresponding parts with a column support, otherwise easy to cause the floor out of shape.
7. After the floor is paved, walking may produce sound, which is related to the floor and installation, not the performance of the floor itself.
8. Do not use heavy items that may damage the floor.
9. Do not transform the floor at will. Do not move the panel lifter while they are sucking the floor in case they fall off on the
way. when taking the floor, should wear gloves, otherwise easy to damage the hand, avoid sunshine direct irradiation, lest facing layer prematurely discoloration aging.
10. Please do not lay down gas and water pipes under the floor.
