A1: We export all over the world, but we do a lot of our business with USA, Belgium, Japan, Saudi Arabia, Australia, HK etc...
Q2: Can your products pass the SGS testing?
A2: Of course, our products 100% can pass the SGS testing.
Q3: What is your sample time?
A3: Usually, about 7-10 working days.
Q4: What is your mass production lead time?
A4: Usually, about 25 working days.
Q5: What is your MOQ?
A5: MOQ:300-1,000 PCS depends on the product category
Q6: Can you do the custom samples?
A6: Yes, but the mould fee shall be fixed according to the custom design.
Q7: Can you do a custom logo on the products?
A7: Yes, but the LOGO mold charge occurred shall be your payment, specific to the customer's design AI.
Q8: Do you attend Canton Fair?
A8: Yes, we attend Canton Fair.
Q9: How can I get the sample?
A9: If you need some samples to test for our first cooperation,we can make as per your request. You should pay for the transportation freight of samples and our samples cost, while the samples cost can be refundable after you place the order.
For old customer, we will send free samples and new designs.
Q10: Have you ever made a factory inspection ?
A10: Yes, BSCI and TUV.
Q11:Do you have QA?
